Job title： Key account executive
主要目標： 為了提高和保持指定客戶的客戶滿意度，銷量和利潤水平。
Overall objective: To increase and maintain customer satisfaction, sales volume, and margin levels with designated customers.
主要職責：
General responsibilities：
Sales 銷售
? Receiving and acknowledging sales orders.
? 接單并回傳訂單確認函
? Quoting new product for existing customers with the support of the Manager.
? 協助經理就現有客戶的新產品詢價進行報價
? Day to day communications with customers regarding order expedition.
? 就訂單最新情況，與客戶進行溝通
? Arranging deliveries and ensuring on time dispatch and arrival.
? 安排出貨，并確保貨物準時發送和到達
? Working with the accounts department to ensure maximum tax rebate efficiency.
? 與財務部門合作確保最大的退稅率
? Managing and following up all satisfaction reports and surveys for your customers.
? 管理和跟蹤現有客戶的滿意度調查報告
? Help increase sales volume and margin as best you can without influencing the customer perception of the company.
? 在不影響客戶對公司認同感的前提下，盡可能的協助提高銷量和利潤
Logistics 物流
? Ensuring stock levels for your customers are to requirements
? 確保庫存水平滿足客戶的需求
? Arranging product import and export when required
? 安排產品進出口
? Arranging collection for defect/returned product when necessary
? 必要時安排取回次品和拒收產品
Other 其他
? Occasional interpreting and simple translation
? 偶爾的口譯和簡單翻譯
? Occasional administration duties as required
? 在有需要時，偶爾的行政工作
? Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the management
? 管理層交待的其他工作
- 能熟練使用office軟件
- 有緊固件銷售經驗者優先
- 能做簡單英文交流，能收發英文郵件
